Class Information
*Our schedule is organized into four sessions- Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer
*You may register for class at any point in the session as long as there is availability in the desired class.
*Tuition is paid either by the month or session. Prices are determined by the number of weeks per month/session.
* IF you do not wish to continue into the following month, please inform the front desk. The only time you will need to re-register for a class is when we transition to a new session.
*There is a $35 family membership fee due annually
*Siblings receive a $1 discount per class.

General Policies
Class Information
Classes meet weekly. We are always taking new students, as long as there is space available in class. If the class is full, you may chose to be added to the wait list.
Membership Fee
There is an annual membership fee of $35 per family. This fee covers insurance, scheduling, and administrative overhead.
Clothing
Please have your children wear loose, comfortable clothing. Leotards are always acceptable. No socks or tights with feet, please. Jewelry is not permitted. Bellingham Bay Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Make-up Policy
Prior notice of absence is required for make-ups. Make-ups are offered as a courtesy to our members and must be completed during the current session. Please call to schedule a make-up to insure proper teacher/student ration. Make-ups do not transfer from one session to the next. You may not use make-ups as credits for the next month's tuition.
Class Observation
Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe from the lobby. Guests of class members may participate in class if there is space available, and if the child is the appropriate age for the class. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class.
